Hello,
This is Tamal and I welcome you the world of guitar playing with a little patience and dedication if you follow this course then surely you will be able to play your favorite songs which are moderate in difficulty level. I have created this Guitar Lessons for Beginners based on my experience of the lessons that helped the students to learn easily .
The central idea of this course is to make guitar learning an enjoyable experience like a hobby, thus this course is suitable for any age group between 4 – 80 years. In this course we concentrate more on the playing aspect rather than the theories that mostly scare the beginners away. After your fingers are ready to do the talking, we will learn theories and concepts in details in future courses. You can also continue to learn from our 550+ videos in YouTube.
This course is laid down in a logical and tested ways so don’t skip the lessons. I know you want to play songs using chords but if you skip the beginning steps then you might face a lot of difficulties with even simple chords. Tuning
Beginners don’t have their ears developed and since this is Guitar Lessons for Beginners so it’s recommended that they should use an app or a hardware ( Guitar Tuner, scroll down for recommendation). This diagram shows how to tune up a guitar a guitar by ear using the same note on consecutive strings.
How to read Tab Notations (Guitar Lessons for Beginners)
Tabulature or tab in short, is a form of musical notation used to write music. It indicates the fingering only not the time.
The lines represent the string (the bottom string is the 6th string or the low E and the top string is the 1st string or high E)
The numbers on the lines represent the frets on respective strings to be played
